Ageing: 3 months. New and 2th use French oak.

Harvest: Manual at night time to prevent oxidation and preserve fruity freshness.

San Felipe Roble Chardonnay grapes are harvested at optimum maturity and protected against oxidation. It has a light yellow color with intense green tones. Very fruity aromas of apple and banana can be appreciated on the nose. Fresh and clean, with a touch of vanilla from the oak, and a persistent finish.  

Best served: 10 oC - 12 oC.
Alcohol: 13 % v/v.
Volume: 750 ml.
