Ageing: 12 months in new and 2nd use French and American oak. 

Harvest: Manual at night time to prevent oxidation and preserve fruity freshness.

A flavorful, easy-drinking bright ruby red blend with intense fruity aromas. Hints of coffee and chocolate and smooth tannins are present from its time spent in the oak leaving for a pleasant finish.  

Best served: 16 oC - 18 oC.
