Harvest: Manual at night time to prevent oxidation and preserve fruity freshness.

An appealing fresh, dry, well-balanced white blend with delicate fruity aromas of white peaches, pears, accompanied with mineral and herbal essences and citrus notes. The wine is well-balanced with smooth acidity and a fresh finish.  

Best served: 16 oC - 18 oC.
Alcohol: 13 % v/v.
