Ageing: 9 months. 60% 2th use French oak 40% New American oak. 

Harvest: Manual at night time to prevent oxidation and preserve fruity freshness.

Full yet soft with an intense red ruby color and concentrated juicy berry fruit aromas that lead into flavors of blackberry and red currant fruit with well-balanced, smooth tannins. Hints of vanilla, cocoa and sweet oak appear on the finish. 

Best served: 16 oC - 18 oC.
Alcohol: 13 % v/v.
